Dr. Joe Bailey Jr. is a Doctor of Human Services and the founder of the Bailey Youth Project, a leadership movement dedicated to empowering young men to reach their full potential. With a focus on mentorship, purpose-driven leadership, and youth development, Dr. Bailey has over 15 years of partnerships with schools and community organizations to help young men build confidence, character, and lifelong skills for success.
