Leaders of Impact
Leaders of Impact is our signature mentoring program focused on leadership, accountability, and character development. Young men learn how to make positive decisions, build confidence, and understand the influence they have on their peers and community.
Project Brotherhood
Project Brotherhood is a supportive group experience designed to help young men strengthen their identity, self-awareness, and sense of belonging. Through open discussions and guided activities, participants grow their emotional maturity and interpersonal skills.
The Path Initiative
The Path Initiative helps young men set goals, develop life skills, and create a clear vision for their future. Through structured sessions and coaching, participants learn responsibility, communication, and the importance of intentional decision-making.
Next Level Leaders
Next Level Leaders is an advanced leadership development program that prepares young men for future opportunities in school, careers, and community involvement. The participants engage in high-level leadership training, teamwork exercises, and real-life applications.
