Yes. I provide consulting, staff training, and program development support for schools, churches, and community organizations looking to build or strengthen youth leadership and mentoring programs.
What topics do your leadership workshops cover?
Workshops include leadership skills, communication, confidence, decision-making, goal-setting, accountability, and purpose-building.

Yes. The Bailey Youth Project supports young men from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds, including underserved and at-risk youth.
Do you provide one-on-one mentoring?
At this time, services focus on group mentoring, leadership development, and organizational partnerships. One-on-one mentoring may be available on a limited basis.
